Meet The Team
We believe in providing compassionate care to our clients through a non-diet, weight Inclusive approach, utilizing the principles of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size ® (HAES).
Eva Haldis MS, RD, LDN
Director, Owner
Hi there! I’m Eva and I am so happy you are here!
I am a Registered Dietitian, who is passionate about helping people heal their relationship to food.
Some fun facts about me: I’m a mom, I love to eat, I love working with people and I love to throw axes in a league (yep, you read that right!) Before I was able to live as my truest self (who gets to be a food loving, axe throwing mama to a toddler!) I was too consumed with food and dieting to ever have room to do anything else. It wasn’t until I healed my relationship to food that the world opened up around me.
It’s why I am so passionate about helping people stop dieting and start living!
I help women who are struggling with feeling out of control around eating and who have poor body image heal their relationship to food so they can be free from diets for good.
I believe in providing compassionate care to clients through a Weight Inclusive approach, utilizing the principles of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size ® (HAES).
*Eva’s schedule is currently full, and she is not accepting new clients at this time.*

Mackenzie Proctor RD LDN
Hi! My name is Mackenzie!
I am an anti-diet, weight inclusive, food loving, registered dietitian and I am here to support your journey in healing your relationship with food.
I believe that the diet culture really is the worst and that you (yes, you!) can make peace with your body and food. Together we can work through some of the complex aspects of healing this relationship by combining Intuitive Eating practices and principles of Health at Every Size ®. Let’s shift the focus from restrictive dieting practices and whatever weird perception of “health” society has placed on you and get you back to trusting yourself and achieving food freedom!
Fun facts about me: I have type 1 diabetes, I am a mom to a tiny human and I really love snacks, craft beer and coffee.

Professional Bio & Credentials
Mackenzie received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Metropolitan State University of Denver. After completing her Dietetic Internship, she accepted a clinical position at a community hospital just outside of Denver, Colorado. She went on to relocate from Denver to Philly in 2019, this time choosing to work in food service as a campus dietitian at Drexel University. It was here, working with young adults that she recognized the harm of diet culture on such a vulnerable population. Mackenzie is passionate about helping others heal their relationships to food by making the experience approachable and fulfilling again.
